Outputs generated by the Services are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, tax, or professional advice of any kind. You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on information obtained through the Services. You should consult appropriately qualified professionals before making material business or investment decisions.

9. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Alphairos GPT disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of outputs. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alphairos GPT and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Alphairos GPT in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use of the Services and, where applicable, cancelling any active subscription.
